Calendar enables small businesses to manage their client appointments using a simple powerful calendar interface.

Create appointments, change them, cancel them. Add new clients. Lookup client information. Manage the financial transactions at the end of an appointment.

Calendar has been designed with two "roles" in mind:

• The reception/administration staff who are the front line in the office and are usually the staff who book and manage the appointments. These staff juggle a multitude of responsibilities; clients in the office, phone calls, couriers, requests from "the boss'; and they need to be able to manage the appointments quickly and easily. To have information immediately available.
• The "service provider" of the office; the Doctor, Lawyer, Consultant; the person who owns the business. These individuals require quick and easy access to their appointment calendars, the ability to print out their entire calendar, to view their calendars on their smartphone.

Calendar does all this and more.
